Reconciliation for the money that slips between systems.

A damaged load you never claimed is a loss you didn't have to take.

A pallet arrives crushed or short. Filing the claim means chasing photos, signatures and paperwork, so the small ones quietly don't get filed.

What it costs

at least nine months*

after delivery to file an interstate claim in writing

Every damage or shortage you don't claim is product you paid for twice. Every accessorial you don't question is margin that leaves with the invoice. And the clock is real: for interstate motor freight, federal law requires carriers to give you at least nine months after delivery to file a claim in writing,* and many shippers find out too late that what they sent never counted as a claim.

What you do today

The team files the big claims and lets the rest go, because gathering the BOL, delivery receipt, photos and invoice for each one takes too long. Some companies hire a freight claims specialist to work a spreadsheet. Others rely on a freight audit firm, which may catch rate errors but rarely chases damage claims.

What we do

We turn each damage event and questionable charge with your top carriers into a claim or dispute that's ready to file, with the BOL, delivery receipt, photos and invoice attached. Your team approves each one. Nothing expires in an inbox, and freight costs what your contract says.

Send last quarter's OS&D or exceptions log, or your claims list, for your biggest LTL carrier. We'll come back with the claims and charges worth pursuing and what they add up to, then walk you through it in 15 minutes. We're taking on a few shippers this quarter.
